Trinity Wellness Centre is a multi-disciplinary clinic that treats your body as a whole instead of as fragmented pieces of a puzzle. It is owned and operated by Calgary-born entrepreneurs Scott Thompson who is a Manual Osteopath and Registered Massage Therapist, and Karin Thompson who is also a Registered Massage Therapist. Together they also own Serene Escapes Day Spa in NW Calgary.

ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please try to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will give you enough time to unwind, enjoy a coffee or tea and fill out any necessary paper work. If you book your appointment online, you have the option of filling out your consent forms online in advance of your appointment. We ask that you set your cell phones to silent or vibrate mode as a courtesy to other guests.

There is parking available at both the front and back of the building. If the parking lots are full, street parking (no charge) is available on the north side (westbound) of 2nd Avenue NW.

SCENT FREE
We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing scented products such as perfume, cologne, aftershave, body spray, etc. when you come for your appointment. Some of our staff and clients are sensitive or allergic to fragrances. Thank you for your cooperation with this matter.

We understand that situations can arise from time to time that may make you unable to attend your appointment, however, a late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in your health professional's day that could have been filled by another patient needing treatment. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations to your appointment.
Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice or missing your appointment could result in a charge of 50% of the visit fee, not covered by insurance. This fee would need to be paid in full before re-booking your next appointment.

Trinity Wellness Centre is not able to issue Insurance Receipts when redeeming a gift card for treatment. It is against policy to issue a false receipt or change documentation or name on the receipt. Trinity Wellness Centre does not control the policies made by the college or insurance companies. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are complying with the regulations as they have been stated to us.
