"My daughter and I went for massage, Jerry gave me the best massage I've ever had. He knew exactly which muscles were tight and even showed me some stretches to do at home. I was so pleased and was going to tell my daughter and suggest she see him for her next appointment. We just returned from a vacation where I kayaked, hiked Mayan ruins, snorkelled, walked, biked, and swam across a bay to a private beach with zero pain ! No sore knees, swollen ankles, or stiffness.
Next I'm going to visit the Naturopath and dietician to fine tune my eating.

"I hadn't had a massage in a very long time and was in need of a great one. I learned that my former massage therapist, Susan, was working at Trinity and saw her for a session. She is amazing. She knows all about our 2000 body parts and has had extensive training and education in Western and Eastern treatments. She will always be my 'go to' massage therapist. "I originally found Trinity Wellness Center while looking for a direct billing through benefits and thought I would give it a try. Immediately knew that this was a professional and extremely friendly atmosphere. All it took was my first visit before I was greated by first name whenever I came wether it be Scott or Diana.
