Reduce Your Risk of Heart Disease and Stroke by Ensuring You Have Enough B12 in Your System
Vitamin B12 is a vitamin that is required for proper red blood cell formation, as well as neurological function and DNA synthesis. It helps to maintain proper nervous system function and is also involved in energy production and lowering Homocysteine levels (which reduces the risk of heart disease and stroke). At Trinity Wellness Centre our Naturopathic Doctors can provide you with a B12 injection that remedies a deficiency and puts you on the path to a healthier, balanced life. These intramuscular injections are usually administered in a patient’s shoulder for immediate results.
What are the symptoms of a possible B12 deficiency?
|
Elderly people, people with digestive disorders (leaky gut, IBS, Chron’s, etc), people with anemia or heavy menstrual cycles, and vegans/vegetarians are most at risk of having a B12 deficiency.
Boost Your Athletic Recovery Time and Effectively Fight Colds or Flus with a B12 Injection
Most people can benefit from an intramuscular injection of Vitamin B12. In addition to the conditions mentioned above, it can be beneficial to those who are suffering from a cold/flu, or those who are heavily into sports and athletic training and are looking to increase their energy level and boost athletic performance.
B12 Injections are billed as part of your visit to the Naturopathic Doctor and is therefore covered as part of your Naturopathic coverage with your eligible insurance company.
